Paula Weston – Communication Director
Experience:
Paula has more than 20 years’ experience as a professional communicator. She worked for 13 years as a print journalist, before spending a decade in government communication where she honed her skills in publication production, project management, media liaison and strategic communication (including issues management).
Paula also writes two blogs, is a proud member of the Queensland Writers’ Centre, and writes fiction in her spare time.

Heather Scott - Creative Director
Experience:
Heather has worked as a graphic designer for 14 years, developing an impressive portfolio of marketing materials ranging from business cards to billboards.
Flyers, brochures, booklets, annual reports, full length books, postcards, posters and art direction for major advertising campaigns … Heather’s worked on them all and has a great feel for what works, and what doesn’t.
Heather is also an accomplished performer, with extensive experience on stage (as a singer, dancer, actor and choreographer), as well as appearing in the short film Sniffer and several television commercials.
